Why am I prompted to buy more credits when I still have millions?

This usually happens when the tool or model you're trying to use requires more credits than your current available balance for a single generation. Some advanced generations (especially high-end video, image, or large-scale models) can require more than that amount in a single run.

You can purchase additional credits or try a different model that uses fewer credits.
