I'm subscribed but it keeps prompting me to add credits

Even with an active subscription, Galaxy.ai works on a credit-based system. If prompted to add credits, it means your current balance is insufficient for a specific generation — it's not a lockout.

You can purchase additional credits or wait until your monthly refresh.
