2. Use the exact email you signed up with
3. Check your inbox for a welcome email from humans@mail.galaxy.ai
4. On mobile, fully close and reopen the app
5. Clear browser cache and cookies
6. Try a different browser or device

Important: If you signed up on iPhone, Apple may have used a private relay email (@privaterelay.appleid.com).
