I subscribed but credits or subscription aren't showing

This usually happens when the account was created under a different email than the one used for payment.


  1. Search your inbox for an email from humans@mail.galaxy.ai — that includes your correct plan details
  2. Sign out and log back in using that exact email
  3. Avoid Apple Privacy Relay addresses (@privaterelay.appleid.com) — these can prevent the system from detecting your subscription
