I subscribed but credits or subscription aren't showing
This usually happens when the account was created under a different email than the one used for payment.
- Search your inbox for an email from humans@mail.galaxy.ai — that includes your correct plan details
- Sign out and log back in using that exact email
- Avoid Apple Privacy Relay addresses (
@privaterelay.appleid.com) — these can prevent the system from detecting your subscription
