How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by going to the Manage Billing button in the bottom left sidebar (once logged in), which redirects you to Stripe’s billing portal.
Log into Galaxy.ai at https://galaxy.ai/sign-in.
Open the left sidebar and click “Manage Billing.”
Stripe portal will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.
If you’re unable to log in
Go directly to Stripe’s billing portal (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gw2bP5Qmdn0bAI288) and enter the same email you used for your the payment. You will then be able to manage or cancel your plan through Stripe without logging in to Galaxy.ai.
Troubleshooting & Tips
If you don’t see the Manage Billing button, ensure you’re logged into the correct Galaxy.ai account.
Contact support if you run into any errors or can’t locate your subscription details.
Keep in mind that canceling will immediately remove your lifetime discount (if applicable) and delete all your data (chat history, media generations, saved prompts, etc.).
