How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in just a few steps:


💻 If You Subscribed via Website:


  1. Log into Galaxy.ai at https://galaxy.ai/sign-in.
  2. Open the left sidebar and click “Manage Billing.”
  3. Stripe portal will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.


If you’re unable to log in


  • Go directly to Stripe’s billing portal (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gw2bP5Qmdn0bAI288) and enter the same email you used for your the payment. You will then be able to manage or cancel your plan through Stripe without logging in to Galaxy.ai.


📱 If You Subscribed via App Store or Play Store:


Cancellations must be done directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We cannot cancel or manage mobile app subscriptions through Stripe or Galaxy.ai’s web platform.


Troubleshooting & Tips


  • If you don’t see the Manage Billing button, ensure you’re logged into the correct Galaxy.ai account.
  • Contact support if you run into any errors or can’t locate your subscription details.
  • Keep in mind that canceling will immediately remove your lifetime discount (if applicable) and delete all your data (chat history, media generations, saved prompts, etc.).
