How do credits work?
Galaxy.ai uses a credits-based system to allocate AI supercomputing resources fairly among users. Credits are not a static, predetermined number for each task but rather reflect the computational load for each AI request.
When you use any AI feature (e.g., image generation, headshot creation, or advanced GPT tasks), credits are deducted based on the processing power and time needed.
Just like a bank balance, any unused credits will keep accumulating in your account, ready for you to use anytime.
You can also stock up on additional credits—they never expire!
You can always track usage at https://galaxy.ai/usage to see a breakdown of credit consumption.
Troubleshooting & Tips
If your credits seem to be getting used faster than normal, check if you’re using higher-computation features, such as headshot generators or certain video generators.
If usage is higher than expected, ensure you’re not mistakenly running tasks in multiple tabs.
