Submit a support ticket at galaxy.ai/support with:

• The email associated with your account
• Context about the error
• A screen recording: go.galaxy.ai/bug-report

Submitting a recording also makes you eligible for 15 million free credits through our Free Credits Program. Resolution typically within 48 hours.
