How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in just a few steps:

Log into Galaxy.ai at https://galaxy.ai/sign-in.
Open the left sidebar and click “Manage Billing.”
Stripe portal will open, allowing you to cancel or switch plans.

If you’re unable to log in

Go directly to Stripe’s billing portal (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/4gw2bP5Qmdn0bAI288) and enter the same email you used for your the payment. You will then be able to manage or cancel your plan through Stripe without logging in to Galaxy.ai.

📱 If You Subscribed via App Store or Play Store:

Cancellations must be done directly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We cannot cancel or manage mobile app subscriptions through Stripe or Galaxy.ai’s web platform.
